The price displayed on the website includes Service Cost, Bank Processing Charges and other commissions. No hidden costs are involved. We reserve the right to change the price of any Product/Item without prior notice.

The user should carefully read the description of gifts, shipping declaration and destination information before placing the order.

We offer delivery service for non-perishable gift items all over India.

We are a service which acts as a facilitator for users, who desire to send gifts to India, and vendors who sell them. We do not take any responsibility for any losses, expenses, quality of products or services, and damages.

We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.

We need a notice in advance, at least 4-8 hours to, for perishable gift items such as flowers, cakes; and fruits depending on the city/village to deliver. For the same day and midnight deliveries we should receive your order before 4 PM IST.

For non-perishable gift items can be shipped immediately. In case product is not available we will ship the gift item as soon as we receive the product from Vendor.

All the orders are processed as they received such as First-In, First-out basis. During the busy days (Occasion dates), we recommend you to place the orders at least 3 days in advance. For any reason if we cannot deliver your order due to high order volume, your order might be delivered on the next working day or later. If we are experiencing high order volume your order might be delivered before or after the selected date.

Our normal delivery timings are between 9AM and 7PM, including on Sundays and public holidays. Midnight deliveries are delivered between 11.45AM and 12.15 AM.

The floral image displayed is indicative in nature. The floral arrangement may vary from the original picture from Website due to variability of flowers across the destinations.

The date of delivery selected by you will be applicable ONLY for the perishable gifts such as flowers, cakes, and fruits. While placing an order to be delivered to a residence, please provide the complete shipping address, including the home telephone number and the mobile number, as follows:

If the shipping address is a Hotel / Hospital/Office, please prove the following details:
